How We Ship

Prinstie offers two shipping options to customers worldwide, where available. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Business Days and Calendar Days

Processing time is counted in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed on a Friday afternoon may begin processing on the following business day.

Transit time is counted in calendar days, including weekends.

The estimated delivery times above combine processing and transit time. Actual delivery may take longer in some circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Until your order has shipped, it is still being prepared.

During busy periods, holidays, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, where available.

Standard Shipping parcels may take several days to show their first tracking scan. This can happen while the carrier processes the parcel.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can help investigate.

Customs and Duties

Any customs duties, import fees, and applicable taxes depend on the destination country and the shipping arrangement used for your order.

Where an order is explicitly shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), applicable import duties and customs charges are prepaid by us. Otherwise, additional charges may be payable by the customer in accordance with local law and the terms presented at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to many destinations worldwide, subject to carrier availability and applicable restrictions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, where possible, and include photographs of the package and damaged item.

We will review the information and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable law.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.
